Anyone can see the ad.
The question is whose it is.
Noticing an ad on your brand term is easy. Proving it belongs to an affiliate — and not to an ordinary advertiser — is the part that decides whether you can do anything about it.

Flagged · genuine network signal
irclickid is an Impact click identifier. ranMID is Rakuten, cjevent is CJ. These are issued by affiliate networks and appear nowhere else.
Ignored on purpose
gclid, fbclid, msclkid and a bare utm_source=google mean ordinary paid traffic. Flagging those would bury you in false positives — most brand-term ads carry them, including your own.
Verdict: affiliate, via Impact. Commission is being earned on a click you had already won.
Then Marley finds out who they are
A complaint needs a name,
not a domain.
On demand, Marley opens the ad's own “About this advertiser” disclosure — Google's verified record of who paid for it — and keeps the result with a screenshot.

What happens next
Marley builds the case.
You press submit.
Marley assembles the evidence package and opens Google's trademark complaint form prefilled. Today the last click is yours; automatic filing — you approve, Marley submits — is in build.
Marley does
Detects the finding, captures the verified identity, screenshots the disclosure, assembles the evidence package and opens Google's trademark complaint form prefilled.
You do
Read it and press submit. A complaint filed in your name carries your liability, so nothing is sent without you.
Next
In buildMarley files it for you. You approve the case in one click; Marley submits it to Google and follows it through to an outcome.
